Personal Summary / Bio
Since 1984, I have been a member of the Baltimore Consort, in which I play viols and Renaissance winds. I direct the Early Music Ensembles at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. These include the Collegium Musicum, the Mostly Monteverdi Ensemble, the Baroque Ensemble, and URGE (Under-the-Radar Gamba Ensemble). I occasionally perform with Brio, an ensemble based in Charleston, SC, which specializes in Sephardic music. I am often asked to conduct workshops for recorder and gamba organizations, and enjoy doing school shows (K-12).
As a composer, I have written numerous orchestral, chamber, and vocal works.
