Terry, Lisa

Lisa Terry practices, performs and teaches in New York City, where she's lived for 30 years. She is a native of Jackson, Miss., and discovered early music during her wonderful music school experience at Memphis State University, with Efrim and Carol Fruchtmann. She studied viol in NYC with Richard Taruskin, and started her career with Andrew de Masi and Gwendolyn Toth. Lisa was in ARTEK for 25 years. She is heard nationally with Parthenia and as a soloist in the Passions of JS Bach.
